Hematocrit measures the percentage of red blood cells in your blood. Low hematocrit levels can indicate anemia, while high levels can indicate other health conditions.

Will my insurance cover this test?
We currently do not accept insurance, but we do accept FSA/HSA cards for our products. Our products are typically eligible medical expenses that meet the IRS requirements for FSA/HSA cards. However, it's important to note that some FSA/HSA benefits coordinators may deny reimbursement, so we recommend that you check with your benefits coordinator before purchasing Saguaro Bloom's tests to see if your FSA/HSA covers them.

How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email and text message. Please note that we ship using USPS First, which may take 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered. Additionally, you can expect to receive status updates at each stage of the process, including shipping of your kit, arrival of your kit, shipping of your sample, arrival of your sample, and resulting of your sample.
Are there specific requirements for my test?
Certain tests may necessitate fasting or taking them at specific times of the day/month. Your test kit will come with explicit guidelines on any pre-testing requirements that must be met before taking the test. We are committed to customer satisfaction and delivering quality products. We want to ensure that you are able to complete their tests successfully and obtain accurate results.
We provide one FREE replacement kit in the event you received a damaged/defective at-home test kit or your sample was rejected by the lab. We’ll explain the issue (with pictures) and offer you the option to walk through the new kit with us.
At-home test kit products are typically considered personal and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once purchased. This policy is in line with regulations regarding the handling and disposal of medical testing products, as these products may have the potential to compromise their accuracy and integrity if reused or resold.
